Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original tags attached. Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email contact@haeper.com with your order ID and reason for the request. Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup. Exchange shipping and reverse pickup charges may apply. After the returned item passes our quality inspection, the replacement item will be dispatched.
REFUNDS
Once your returned item is received and passes our quality inspection, your refund will be processed.

Refunds can be issued to your original payment method or as store credit. A return processing fee of ₹200 per item will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds to the original payment method are typically processed within 4–5 business days after approval. Store credit is issued immediately upon approval.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• Items must be returned in their original, unworn and unused condition.

• Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, alteration or missing tags may not be eligible for return or exchange.

• Sale items are not eligible for cancellation, return, refund or exchange.

• Headwear and accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless an incorrect or defective item was received.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@haeper.com so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to cancel an order, please email contact@haeper.com with your order ID and the name used to place the order.

Orders that have already been processed for shipment may be subject to a ₹50 processing fee.

Orders cancelled after a delivery attempt may incur a ₹100 logistics fee.
