HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER? You will receive a tracking ID via SMS to your registered mobile number once the parcel is handed over to the delivery partner. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to activate. If you encounter any issues, contact@harper.com with your name and order ID |
| ORDER NOT RECEIVED Before contacting customer service, please check the following : - Check tracking information provided in your dispatch confirmation SMS. - Check for phone calls. - Ensure no one at your address received the delivery on your behalf. - While our courier partners are instructed not to leave parcels with neighbors, we recommend verifying with your neighbor as a precautionary measure. DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES? • RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS Yes we do, For returns: please ensure the product is in perfect selling condition, unworn, and returned within 7 days if receiving it. Include the original, unbroken tags. The invoice of other evidence of purchase is also required.Initiate your return request through our Returns/Exchange Portal • EXCHANGES If you wish to exchange, kindly email us on contact@haeper.com or create a request on the Exchange/Return Portal. We will arrange a reverse pick-up for your order (Return pickup and Exchange delivery will have Additional charge). After quality checks at our facility, your exchanged item in the preferred size will be dispatched • RETURN For returns, a reverse pickup will be arranged to collect the products. Once the item have passed quality check, we initiate a refund to your original payment method or as store credits. A restocking and transportation charge of Rs. 200 will be deducted per item. Payment method refunds may take 4-5 business days, while store credit refunds are instant. All returns undergo a thorough inspection. Worn, used, or unsellable items will be rejected and returned. For faulty items, initiate a return request within 3 days of receipt via contact@haeper.com - "SALE" items are non-cancellable and ineligible for return/refund/exchange. Headwear and accessories cannot be returned. - Postage costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty/incorrect. Report faults or discrepancies within 3 days of receipt to contact@haeper.com - Ensure careful review of your order before finalizing purchases. For eligibility inquiries regarding refunds or exchanges, contact us at contact@haeper.com • CANCELLATION If you wish to cancel your placed order, kindly email us at contact@haeper.com with your order ID and the name used for the order. Note that a Rs. 50 deduction applies if the item has been processed and is ready to ship. Cancelling an order after attempted delivery incurs a Rs. 100 fee.
